High-rise Window Cleaning
Site Assessment & Safety Planning
A thorough site assessment is conducted including evaluating the building’s height, shape, window type, and access points. Our team identifies any potential hazards and creates a comprehensive safety plan ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and local regulations.
Specialty Rope Access & Equipment Setup
Specialized rope access allows us to reach areas that are otherwise difficult to access using traditional methods like scaffolding or lifts. Equipment includes: industrial-grade ropes and harnesses, anchors installed on rooftops, and water-fed poles or suspended platforms when necessary.
Pre-Cleaning Preparation & Cleaning
First we ensure that dirt doesn’t get smeared during the cleaning process, resulting in a cleaner finish. Protective covers or barriers may also be set up to prevent water or cleaning agents from spilling onto surrounding areas. Then using eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are tough on grime but safe for the environment and building materials
Quality Inspection
Once the windows are cleaned, a quality control inspection is performed. This step ensures that the windows meet our high standards for cleanliness and transparency. Any streaks, smudges, or missed spots are addressed immediately.
Final Safety Check & Equipment Breakdown
After the cleaning is completed, the crew safely breaks down all equipment, including the ropes and harnesses. A final safety check is performed to ensure that no gear is left behind and that the building’s surroundings are clean and restored to their original condition.
Cleaning Process
Scrubbing
Technicians use specialized tools like water-fed poles, squeegees, and microfiber pads to scrub away dirt, mineral deposits, and pollution stains.
Detailing
Particular attention is given to window frames and edges to ensure no streaks or spots are left behind.
Rinsing
Depending on the building’s exterior, a high-pressure rinse or a purified water rinse is used to remove any remaining soap or cleaning agents.
